1. About GapFindr

GapFindr is a SaaS idea discovery tool. It surfaces and ranks opportunities based on patterns in public discussion, then presents summaries and build direction.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use GapFindr.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to paid features requires an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access may continue until the end of the current billing period, depending on your plan and billing provider terms.

If you have an introductory or promotional price, that price applies only under the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying dataset or models.
• Use the service to violate laws, infringe IP rights, or harm others.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or subscription enforcement.
• Introduce malware, abuse rate limits, or interfere with the service.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

GapFindr and its outputs (including UI, scoring, summarisation format, and presentation) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the outputs for your internal evaluation and product development, but you may not resell or redistribute the content as a competing product.

7. Disclaimers

GapFindr provides information for research and idea generation. It does not guarantee business success, revenue, or market fit. You are responsible for validating any opportunity and making your own decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GapFindr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or abused the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive authority, unless local law requires otherwise.
